Open to prospective and current Angel members, the YABA Master class aims to educate its investor members on the deal making process.  This month’s presentation is being delivered by David Dickson of Garbutt and Elliott and will cover topics including what to look for in a business plan, due diligence you can undertake yourself and how to access financial forecasts. The seminar is then followed by a Q&A and discussion session before refreshments.
