Phillip McTaggart

SCY Associate Business Mentor Phil reached director level working for Rentokil Initial plc and went on to be managing director of Initial Personnel Services, a £100m turnover business, where he led a management buy-out before moving on to Aptus Personnel as group managing director.

Since 2009 Phil has been an independent consultant delivering innovation specialist and business mentor services to SMEs and Third Sector Organisations. His clients have included Business Link Yorkshire.
