Leeds City Region exhibiting innovative life science companies at Arab Health 2019

After a successful showcase stand last year, Leeds City Region will once again have the opportunity to showcase the undoubted strengths of the healthcare technology sector in this region at Arab Health 2019, working in partnership with Medilink UK as part of the UK Pavilion.
The Healthcare and Lifesciences market in the in the Gulf States (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia & UAE) is expected to rise to around $71bn by 2020 with a recent report suggesting that the value of the private healthcare segment in the GCC is projected to grow by around 8.7% annually 2021.
Particular opportunities are growing in the areas of medical tourism, hospital building, healthy lifestyles, digital health and wearables.
The Leeds City Region is home to many businesses supplying the healthcare and life sciences sector for whom the growing markets and opportunities in the Gulf region are particularly relevant.
Arab Health is the largest gathering of healthcare and trade professionals in the MENA region. The event brings together the world’s leading manufacturers, distributors and service providers, displaying the latest technology, innovations and trends within the healthcare and life sciences industries.
The LEP are therefore looking for businesses in the Leeds City Region who would be interested in participating in the showcase at Arab Health in 2019.
